Retail Store Manager needed at Guitar Center
The store manager is responsible to manage the retail store. They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the store, as well as keeping inventory under control. A store manager who is competent at multitasking and can handle multiple tasks efficiently and quickly will be a good one.
Qualifications
GED or high school diploma
Description of the job
-Managers of retail stores are responsible for managing sales and day-to-day operations, while also providing exceptional customer service.
-Not all functions are essential
-A way to manage the success of your sales team is by providing support, guidance, advice, and coaching.
-Stay up-to-date with financial and inventory statistics
-Check that all products are available in-store for purchase
-Supervise and manage store employees’ payroll, recruitment, training, and hiring
-All accounts must be able to perform daily operations about rental and institutional sales.
-Encourage teachers to promote Music & Arts lessons and provide support.
-Outstanding customer service for all customers

-2 years of relevant work experience

Experience in retail for 3-5 years
