Our flights allow people to move food and medicine while also providing vital medical care and government services.

Nearly all the communities we serve don’t have access to roads or rails, so residents are dependent on air services for all aspects. With our wide range of aircraft that can operate in all weather conditions, we are well-equipped to tackle this challenge.

Around 200 Inuit contribute to the Canadian North organization in all areas, including the board and the senior leadership.

Our mission is to improve the lives of people, customers, and communities. We want to be recognized in Canada’s North as an innovative and caring airline that can diversify to provide services to other markets and geographies by leveraging our resources and skills. Safety, integrity, teamwork, and innovation are our core values. We also value community and respect.
